Hot Tubs On Tour
The Foxboro Hot Tubs, A.K.A. Green Day plus two other guys, are about to embark on a short tour! May 19th will be the first night for the guys playing live in Little Rock, Arkansas and the whole thing will end nine days later in Long Beach, California. Sorry folks, they aren’t heading to Seattle. For those fans lucky enough to live in town with a scheduled stop, they may want to get in line now. Tickets for the shows will not be available until the day of performance and can only be bought at the venue box office with two tickets max, per person. For those of us who can’t make it to one of the shows, we can settle for listening to the new album which comes out on May 20th.

Oasis Drummer Out!!
Looks like the band Oasis may be hiring soon. Drummer Zak Starkey has had a falling out with Singer Noel Gallagher and it is unlikely that the two will perform together again. The band recently finished their latest album and are due to embark on a North American tour in the late summer with the first night taking place at our very own WaMu Theater on August 26th. Hopefully a suitable replacement will be found by then. No official announcement about Starkey’s departure has been made as of yet.

Winehouse and Doherty Unite!
For those of you who are addicted to gossip websites and pop culture, there are two names that you probably know very well. Amy Winehouse and Babyshambles singer Pete Doherty. The two may be singlehandedly funding London’s drug dealers, but now they will be coming together to use their powers for good. The two are supposedly set to release a duet as a single which will also appear on the next Babyshambles album. Rumor has it that Doherty left his latest stint in jail and went straight to the studio to begin recording.

Paramore Getting Ready To Record
Paramore will use some time off this summer to work on their next album, which singer Hayley Williams says will be heavier and better than their first album, Riot. They plan to return home to Nashville to record the album, which Williams will write with guitarist Josh Farro. Paramore will spend the first part of the summer playing clubs and festivals in Europe. They'll return to the U-S in July to play a few Warped Tour shows, but won’t be on the tour when it hits the Gorge on August 9th.

Winehouse Arrested
Amy Winehouse was arrested yesterday in London on charges of suspected drug possession. But it’s not due to any recent partying. The arrest is in connection to a video taken in January which the singer was seen smoking what appears to be a crack pipe. Amy voluntarily went to the police station for questioning and is said to be co-operating with authorities.
